Practice
Tim commenced his employment
with Ryder Wright Blair & Holmes as an Articling Student in 2000.
He continued his employment as an associate following his call to the
Ontario Bar, and joined the firm’s partnership in 2007.
Tim has acted for a number
of union clients in the private sector, public sector and broader public
sectors. Tim has also acted for numerous employees in employment
matters as well as professional disciplinary matters.
Dedicated to providing advocacy
to working people, Tim has represented clients at grievance arbitrations,
the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the College of Nurses of Ontario,
the Health Professions Appeal Review Board, the Workplace Safety &
Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Ontario Human Rights Commission, Coroner’s
Inquests and in both The Superior and Divisional Courts of Ontario.

Activities
- Tim is a member
of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers.
