Jennifer practises in all areas of Labour and Administrative Law. She joined the firm in 2016, after spending six years practising a mix of labour and criminal law, specializing in defending union members charged with criminal offences in the workplace. As a result of this experience, she is adept at managing the repercussions that can follow workplace criminal charges, including terminations, suspensions, and professional discipline. Throughout her career, she has assisted in representing clients in Injunction Proceedings, Judicial Reviews, and Appeals, including in matters before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Jennifer regularly represents clients in front of boards of arbitration, human rights tribunals, and professional disciplinary bodies. She is also experienced in having criminal records and/or police contact records destroyed or removed from a criminal record check.

Jennifer teaches Civil and Administrative Law at the Osgoode Professional Development Centre, in their Canadian Common Law LLM program.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys attending local film festivals, playing in Toronto’s Pink Turf soccer league and travelling.
