Practice
Ed joined RWBH in 1995. Ed’s practice
has focused on industrial as well as public sector and broader public
sector labour relations. Specifically, he has considerable experience
in representing unions and their members in grievance arbitrations,
certifications and unfair labour practices.
In addition, he represents employees
before various administrative boards and tribunals including the Workers’
Safety and Insurance Board and Appeals Tribunal and the Human Rights
Commission. He also has experience in representing nurses in professional
health disciplinary matters and in wrongful dismissal matters.
